Personal Commissions

TERMS OF SERVICE

- These commissions are for personal use only.
If you wish to commission art for commercial use (examples here), please check out my commercial commissions (link)- You are NOT, in any circumstances, allowed to use my art to train generative AI.- I retain all rights to my art. I may choose to display commissioned artworks on my social media accounts, portfolio etc.- I retain the right to refuse a commission or halt the commission process. Refund policy applies.- Finished product is always a digital file of an artwork. Once customer receives the finished product, customer becomes solely responsible for whatever happens to the file.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

- Paypal Invoice (preferred) in €
- Inquire about other options!
Payment either in full upfront or 50/50%I mainly accept payments via PayPal Invoice, but other payment methods can be negotiated.Payment will be collected after initial sketch has been approved by the client. At this point the commission can be paid fully, or 50% of it gets paid here and the other 50% is paid before receiving the finished product.You'll be fully refunded if I'm unable to finish the commission. If the client cancels the commission in the middle of the process, there will be no refunds and the client won't receive the product.

Background fee (for complex backgrounds): Depends on idea & level of detail. Negotiated with client before payment.

REVISION POLICY
- Revisions causes by my mistake are free. (Forgetting details or getting them wrong)
- Small revisions that are made after starting the rendering process incur a fee of 5€ (Changing/moving details, eg. changing hand placement.)
- Major revisions are not available after the remdering process has started (Completely changing the composition etc.)

REFUNDS
- Full refund if I fail to deliver the finished product. No product will be delivered.
- 50% refund (of what is already paid) if customer cancels. No product will be delivered.

PROCESS

1. Commission gets accepted. I start working on a composition sketch.
2. Once commissioner accepts the sketch, I will request payment (Full or 50%)
3. When payment comes through, I will continue working on the artwork.
4. If commissioner paid 50% at the start, I will request the rest of the payment before delivering the final product.
5. Finished artwork will be delivered via Dropbox link. JPEG and PNG versions will be provided unless otherwise specified.

*Has paid for commercial rights (+200% of personal commission price)
